I have been through a bunch of code and I think I'm losing my edge here -- thought I better get some help. I have a website with a menu bar and a logo at top. Below is a MC ("page_mc") with a timeline containing mostly dynamic content. When the browser is scaled I want the MC to resize proportionally and the menu & logo to stay the same size. So the header doesn't change size, but the rest of the website will scale.

Can anyone help a dude out and tell me how to code that? I'd post some of my code but I've been through so much and I'm about to pull out my hair. 

A little help would be very well appreciated. Thanks!
